How far in advance should I book my event?
For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance. For corporate events and parties, 2 weeks is usually sufficient. However, we also accept last-minute bookings subject to availability and menu options.
Do you offer food tasting sessions?
Yes! We offer complimentary tasting sessions for wedding bookings and large events (100+ guests). For smaller events, we can arrange tasting sessions with a nominal fee that can be adjusted against your final booking.
What dietary requirements can you accommodate?
We specialize in vegetarian cuisine and can accommodate various dietary needs including vegan, gluten-free, Jain, no-onion-no-garlic, and nut-free preparations. Please mention your specific requirements when booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer full refund for cancellations made 7 days before the event date. For cancellations within 7 days, we charge 50% of the estimated cost. Emergency cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances are handled case by case.
Do you provide serving staff and equipment?
Yes, we provide trained serving staff, tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, and buffet setup for all events. Additional services like special lighting, decorations, and themed setups are available upon request.
